Wicken Fen
Wicken Fen is a collective of several fens in Cambridgeshire owned by the National Trust; in fact it's the trust's first nature reserve, acquired in 1899 (making it also one of their earliest properties).  Sedge Fen in particular is of interest, as it has avoided being drained and is a rare example of an untouched fenland environment.

A lot of the area is free to access, although car parking charges apply.  An admission charge applies to the Sedge Fen section.
