P85800 - Cavalry Training, Battle of Evesham Re-enactment 2021 - Battle of Evesham Re-enactment 2021

Moving to Evesham's Crown Meadow, the main site of the re-enactments.  Because a lot of the re-enactors had not performed in some time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some refresher sessions were held prior to the main battle to get them back up to speed.   The cavalry and infantry trained separately, and this was taken just as the cavalry session finished.   This is where I have a complaint to make against the organisers; the session was scheduled to start at midday according to the brochure and the website, but for some reason it started earlier.   I had returned home after the parade, and came to Crown Meadow just before midday in order to photograph the training sessions, only to find the cavalry session was just about finished (and I know I wasn't the only person to be caught out by this).
