Worth Matrevers lies at the west of the Priest's Way Footpath.  Until the railway came and brought tourist traffic, Worth Matrevers was actually a more important place than Swanage, due to the stone trade.   The Priest's Way reflects the fact that Swanage had no priest of their own at one time, and they had to be supplied by Worth Matrevers.

This replaces a photograph from 2010, and unlike its predecessor which was reworked by my brother, it is completely my own work.   In this instance vehicles were not as intrusive as they were in the 2010 version and I was able to remove one that was partially visible in the centre of the shot.  I couldn't immediately do anything about the wheelie bin, though.
