P81357 - Swanage Seafront, looking west, Isle of Purbeck, Dorset, - Dorset

The morning of the 6th September was beautifully sunny and produced some of the best photographs of the holiday.   However, the clouds in the sky of this photograph hint at the rain that was to arrive in the afternoon.

The main problem I had with this image was deciding where the horizon should be as the original image did not really have a clear reference point to use (The A77 does have an artificial horizon function which I may have been using in this instance; if so, I felt that it didn't exactly help the image).   In the end, I decided to re-align the image using the platform in the foreground as the reference point to straighten the image.
